Delivery System

All product orders are generally sent by Canada Post and are delivered to the address you have provided to us. Your package can arrive in 48 hours and sometimes up to 10 working days for a specific reason and beyond our control.

We are not responsible if you make a mistake when entering your address.

 

Delivery

All delivery prices in Canada are calculated based on your address and the weight of the products you are ordering. Delivery is free with the purchase of $99 or more of products before taxes and after the application of a promo code.

No additional charges will be added to shipping. The delivery address must be valid and located in Canada.

 

International Transport

We deliver internationally. Delivery costs vary from country to country. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, after entering your country. We are not responsible for any additional customs clearance fees in your country. We are not responsible for your package being held up at customs in your country. Worldwide delivery within 14 to 21 days (via Canada Post door-to-door service, with a signed delivery condition).
