All orders are final for hygiene and security reasons, and no refunds will be issued.

We accept exchanges in the following cases.

Mistakes on our part: we will proceed with the exchange or the delivery of the products at no cost to you.

Defective product: we will send you new products at no cost to you.

Consequences of a justified medical condition: we will refund your product.

Important: To benefit from a return or exchange, the product must be unused, sealed, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Products that don’t conform to our return policy can’t be refunded or exchanged for hygiene and security reasons.
